Poetry.

Well, as you know I do many things. I'm in a rock band, I play all sorts of music, I write the articles that I then etch into the bark of this website. I also do poetry.
Poetry has helped me a lot, it has helped me gain inspiration back.

I've shared a couple of my poems in a few articles because I couldn't resist sharing them. Then, being the silly fuck I am, I realised I could put everything up here.

Basically, my poetry work has been on and off over the last two years. I wrote poems when I had an urgent need to flush an intense feeling out of my system.
That came out in the form of a few separate poems, that had meaning within them, but weren't linked between them.

That's when I came up with this project.

Assuming you've got brains since you're capable of reading the paragraphs and paragraphs of my ideas and my life, you'll probably know what a concept album is.

If not, a concept album is basically like an ordinary music album, except for all the songs have a connection between them. They could be linked because they are all centered around one idea (fear, xenophobia, desire etc.), or because they tell a story with their lyrical content.

If you don't live under a rock (well, thinking about it, you just might), then you will also know what a story is. So this is my project: a concept poetry book.

I've been writing poems that all center around a bunch of ideas, and, if ordered in the right way, tell a mind-bending story. Each of them has it's one significant meaning, but each one is also a piece in the huge jigsaw puzzle that I've called: Haywire Satiety.

Haywire meaning insanity, and satiety meaning overindulgence/saturation.

I'm going to be posting this "book" in its entirety right here on this page in the few weeks to come.
And it'll stay here in the poetry section, if ever you want to dive deeper into my mind, which I am putting here on full display for you out here in the blazing metropolis of the internet.

Watch out for it.
